The R.S. Hispaniola, moored alongside Victoria Embankment, provides a gastronomic haven amidst the city bustle. With fabulous views from St.Paul's Cathedral round to the Houses of Parliament and a beautiful setting in the evening, when the South Bank becomes a glitter of fairy lights (click on the picture to the left for a 360 degree view), the Hispaniola welcomes everyone, from large parties to those wanting a romantic meal for two.
Seating up to 130, the restaurant is air-conditioned and tastefully furnished, providing a bright, stylish environment (click on the picture below to see a 360 degree view) in which to enjoy the wide choice of exquisitely prepared fare. The extensive a-la-carte menu has a modern European bias with a distinctive Mediterranean twist. Indeed, the ship's kitchens are renowned for their excellent cuisine, producing beautiful and generously presented portions and Head Chef Ba Diakhaby is delighted to present to you his menus for 2007.
The restaurant also boasts the finest wine cellar anywhere on the river and the adjacent cocktail bar provides delightfully elegant surroundings in which to enjoy a cocktail or aperitif before your meal.
The restaurant is open daily for lunch from 1200 (noon) until 1500 (3pm) and for dinner from 1830 (6.30pm) until 2300 (11pm).

The bar is open daily for drinks and tapas from 1100 (11am) until 2300 (11pm).
The ship will be closed between 1st - 19th January 2008 for annual maintenance and a light refurbishment. Reservations for the restaurant will resume with effect from Saturday 19th January.
